New Delhi: The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) moved the Delhi High Court on Tuesday, challenging a pair of notifications incurred for that Bengal Police Based on Cemara submitted by Trinamool MP Abhishek Banerjee, who was under the scanner of agency for alleged money washing related to mining cases Illegal coal.
“Notification will not subdue supervision even for a minute,” said the additional lawyer General V Val Raju, in connection with “he explained illegal, Malafide, and the back explosion” with an investigation of Ed on alleged Abhishek involvement in this case.
The agency filed the Yogesh Khanna justice petition to cancel both the notification and every next notice that Bengal police could issue in connection with FIR.
The additional lawyer General Raju, who appeared for Ed, argued that the notification was the same as “harassment” with the intention of thwarting the probe into illegal coal mining cases.
Khanna’s justice postponed the hearing with September 21, said the senior advisor to represent Bengal would “take care” notice issued for ED officers.
