Mumbai: ED is likely to file a complaint (ChargesHeet) in the case of Khadse Eknath before the Special Court next week.
It has registered money laundering cases in 2019 and on July 7, capturing Khadse son-in-law, Girish Chaudhari.
He is in Judicial custody.
ED sources said they had not attached a MIDC plot in Bhosari in Pune District because it belonged to the government and Khadse relatives bought it cheating after manipulating notes.
Ed had accused 3-acre land acquired at MIDC in 1968 from an Apostle Akbar Ukbar.
In 2010, mutation entries for land were made on behalf of MIDC in income records.
But there was no compensation paid to Ukani, who died in 1981.
In 2016, the value of Ready Reckoner from the land was around RS 23 Crore.
