Mumbai: The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) on Monday attached a plot of land worth RS 4 Crore where Entrepreneurs Pune Avinash Bhosale’s Corporate Office, Avinash Bhosale Infrastructure Ltd., is located.
Ed has initiated a money laundering money investigation based on pune police.
The current market value of the plot along with the building around Rs 100 Crore, said the source.
In the Ground-Plus-two-story building, 50% of the building is owned by Abil while the rest is divided between Soma Enterprise and RDD Construction, said Sumber Ed.
The land, located in Plot No.
2, Yashwant Ghadge Nagar Cooperative Housing Society, Range Hill Corner, Ganeshkhind Road, Pune, initially belonged to Ranjit Mohite, through inheritance.
The government has given land to members of the Mohite family in 1951, provided that it can only be transferred to the government or officer assigned.
It was intended for housing purposes.
This plot is intended to build a house for bureaucrats, but Bhosale bought it by manipulating notes.
Allegedly that in 2002, Avinash Bhosale, through his son, Amit company, bought land for Rs 4 Crore.
He built a building on it.
After that the actions of sales were executed between Bhosale and Mohite which showed the value of land as Rs 11 Crore.
Ed suspected that the selling deed was illegal and Mohite had an interest in several companies Avinash Bhosale.
Ed accused that Bhosale paid all the number to Mohite in 2002 itself and manipulated government records to buy land and wash money.
Previously, Ed had looked for Bhosale place in Pune and Kolhapur and collected documents to be checked.
