Srinagar: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned the mother of the former Minister of Mehbooba Jammu and Kashmir to be questioned in the money laundering case on July 14, officials said on Tuesday.
They said Gulshan Nazir, in the late seventies, had been asked to appear before the central probe body in his office in Srinagar.
Mehbooba, 62, revealed the surprise that the notification was presented to his mother on the day of his people’s democratic party (PDP) decided not to meet the restriction commission, which was founded in the redraw of assembly constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir.
Posting the call on his official Twitter handle, Mehbooba said, “Ed sent a call to my mother to appear directly because of an unknown accusation.
In its efforts to intimidate political opponents, the government (Indian government) and even senior citizens.
Agents like Nia ( The National Investigation Agency) and ED are now a tool to complete the score.
