Nagpur: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted a search at Shri Sai Shikshan Santha (SSSS) office in Fetri in Kalmeshwar and at the National Technology Institute (NIT) Polytechnic, Mahurjhari, on Friday in connection with the ongoing probe against the former Minister of Anil Deshmukh in suspicion RS100 crore extortion case and money laundering problem.
Agents so far have done more than half a dozen searches in and around the city, including the residence of Deshmukh near the GPO Square and also in places in Catol and narchhed in the past in connection with the alleged.Deshmukh, who had avoided the call of ED for four times as far as This, is the President of the Executive Committee of the UNiah Amal who manages Nit Polytechnic College.

ED is now trying to determine that the money collected by Waze was transferred and distributed to Dishmukh and college charity organizations through the Hawala channel as a contribution.
