HYDERABAD: Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday filed a chargesheet from Telangana Congress working president and Loksabha MP A Revanth Reddy and others in Relationship with cash-for-vote scam.

The ED includes provisionally connected Rs 50 lakh money provided to Anglo Indian nominated MLA Elvish Stephenson for voting in favor of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) candidate.
The offence happened on May 31, 2015.
Revanth Reddy was TDP at the time of this episode, he afterwards joined Congress bash.
Reddy is currently Malkajgiri MP also.
ED has called Revanth Reddy, TDP ex-MLC Vem Narendar Reddy’s son Vem Krishan Keertan Reddy, self-proclaimed Bishop Sebastian, a believer at the scam, along with many others.
The cash was provided by Vem Narendar Reddy’s son, both the ACB and ED alleged.
On the other hand, the agencies didn’t find the money trial.
The chargesheet also cites TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu although less an accused.
The 2 bureaus (ACB and ED) could not produce any proof contrary to Naidu.
At first, the situation was reserved by Telangana ACB.
The ED has registered a money laundering situation depending on the ACB FIR and chargesheet from Revanth Reddy and many others.
ACB captured Revanth Reddy red-handed while he had been spending Rs 50 lakh bribe to Elvis.
The bribe had been given to vote in favor of TDP candidate Vem Narender Reddy at the Telangana Legislative Council elections which were held on June 1, 2015.
Stephenson accused Revanth Reddy of supplying Rs two crore and a flight ticket to depart the nation.
The first charge of Rs 50 lakh has been paid along with the remainder was guaranteed following voting.
ACB seized the comprehensive trade on camera.
A telephone conversation between Elvis and the TDP main Naidu was verified by forensic specialists, and also the voice is discovered to be the Naidu.
Back in July 2015, ACB had filed a chargesheet from Revanth and many others beneath the criminal conspiracy and Prevention of Corruption Act.
