Mumbai: Entrepreneur Sujit Patkar signed an agreement with BMC to manage the Covid Field Hospital about a year after getting a contract and receiving Rs 32 Crore into his company account, showing the Document of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) that has been found during RAID in his house.
ED officials collect all documents for inspection.
On Tuesday, Ed had raided Patkar’s house in the money laundering case associated with the sale of FSI fraud worth RS 1,034 Crore Chawl Patra Goregaon where his friend was the defendant.
On Wednesday, Ed arrested Pravin Raut because he was one of the directors in Gurushish construction (Dhil subsidiaries) who had committed fraud.
Distributs Ed Pravin Raut has shifted the part of the money to Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut through Patkar.
They confirmed whether the crime was used in the purchase of land packages in Alibaug with the name of Patkar’s wife who wasolated and the wife of Sanjay Raut.
Ed found the agreement related to the purchase of Alibaug land at Patkar’s house.
Allegedly that after obtaining a BMC contract through his unregistered company, Patkar handed over the work to the doctor and signed an agreement to manage the hospital field on behalf of the company.
Meanwhile, BJP leader Kirit Somaiya said that he had held a document regarding the contract from BMC through RTI law, which showed that Patkar got a contract from managing a field hospital around Rs 100 Crore.
Somaiya claims: “The documents obtained through RTI indicate that these contracts are gained cheatly, and an agreement signed a year after work.
Patkar gets four contracts like that in Mumbai and one in Pune cheating with the help of citizenship officials.” Somaiya also wrote To the National Disaster Management Authority, led by the Prime Minister, asked for an ‘fraud’ investigation by BMC and seeks actions against those who have given contracts to unregistered companies.
