Mumbai: The enforcement directorate has transferred the Special Nia Court who wants to record the statement of Gautam Navlakha activists in the case of money laundering.
The court will hear the argument about the maintenance of the request on Wednesday.
Navlakha was arrested last year in the case of Elgar Parishad and has been detained since then.
Nia in Chargesheet said on December 31, 2017, Elgar Parishad in Shaniwarwada, Pune, was funded by CPI which was prohibited (Maois) as part of a conspiracy to create riots.
This agency accused the provocative speech by Regional Office activists when Manchemen promoted hostility between various caste groups.
In a Chargesheet submitted before, a witness described Navlakha as a sympathizer of Maois.
“Navlakha has written books about Maois, he has visited the forests along with Swedish writers (not mentioned in a statement) and meet with Maoists leaders.
Navlakha has participated in the meeting of the Defense Committee GN Saibaba.
