Bhubaneswar: The State Cabinet on Tuesday approved Electronic Policy Edisha Maiden 2021 to promote the development of electronic and electronic manufacturing sectors.

In other major decisions, the State Cabinet also approved a proposal to change the 2015 industrial policy resolution to provide special incentives for the new Mega industry such as car manufacturing, green energy, electronics and telecommunication equipment manufacturing units, experts, can be used, and luggage units, drugs , capital goods, aerospace and defense manufacturing units.

Artisan Odisha Class Stone Policy, 2021, also accepts cabinet nod aims to ensure estimated demand-supply, identification of stones, extraction and stone supply to craftsmen of various categories.
It will also prevent mining illegal artisan classes in the state and motivate craftsmen to continue their traditions.
