Ranchi: Saraswati Puja is celebrated in a low way in all educational institutions in Ranchi on Saturday, with several schools it does not allow students to offer Puja on campus to avoid the crowd.
Pandal was established at the Campus of the Rajendra Institute of Medical Institute (RIMS) where undergraduate and postgraduate students and locals offer Puja on God.
Members of the Junior Doctor Association Rims Vikas Singh said, “The festival is held while observing social distance and other covid norms.” Likewise, dormitory students from Ranchi University held Puja on the Puja campus low to their respective campuses.
Principal Balkrishna School, Divya Kumari, said, “We offer Puja to Maa Saraswati’s photo this time instead of idol.
Students are not allowed on campus while the teachers maintain a social distance while offering Puja.” A large number of devottes appeared at the Pahari Mandir to offer Puja to Maa Saraswati.
Meanwhile, the police had mobilized static forces in the pandal-pandal where the election of the worshipers was large.
Quick Action Force is also deployed in several sensitive areas.
Aware of the DSP Prabhat Ranjan Barwar said, “Patrol has been intensified throughout the city.
Our focus is to ensure the safety of worshipers when they visit Pandal and also at a peaceful and disturbed idol immersion.”
