New Delhi: After the recent brainstorming round, PM Narendra Modi has formed eight committees consisting of all council ministers to oversee a big boost for a direct approach to governance where the government plans to bind young professionals, seek suggestions from retirement officials and Perform the use of the best technology to monitor projects, in addition to various other steps.
Government sources say 77 ministers have been divided into eight groups to develop technology-based resources, creating a professional collection for recruitment in their team and other similar initiatives that will be adopted in the offices of all transparency and further improve and the efficiency of the MOD government.
Minister of Union Hardeep Singh Puri, Narendra Singh Tomar, Piyush Goyal, Dharmendra Pradhan, Irani and Anurag Thakur is among the ministers who are the coordinator of each group, the source said.
PM made a decision to divide the council of the minister to eight groups after ‘Chintan’s brainstorming session’ (brainstorming session) from all the councils chaired by Modi, with each meeting lasting for almost five hours.
The five sessions were held – each of the personal efficiency, focused implementation, service service and stakeholder involvement, party coordination and the last and the latter was in parliamentary practices.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Chairman Rajya Sabha M Venkaiiah Naidu also attended the last meeting.
The source said all these meetings mainly focused on increasing the efficiency and modal delivery system mod.
