Eight new covid cases in Vadodara

Vadodara: The city and district recorded eight new Covid-19 cases on Thursday.
It was for the first time after July 23 that eight cases were detected on one day.
New cases on Thursday were reported from 5,922 tests conducted in the city and district in 24 hours ending on Thursday night.
On July 23, eight cases were detected only from 1,442 tests carried out in the city and district.
The Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) and District Panchayats have increased testing.
People are also tested randomly throughout the city and district.
The broad steps have been taken after fears that Covid-19 can raise his head again after Diwali like last year.
The city and district have registered new cases for four consecutive days last month.
However, since October 23, cases began to rise again.
Despite increasing, the number of cases of everyday has never passed seven.
Since the last three days, the number continues to increase.
