Eight terrorists punished in the case of BLAST style BODH

Patna: The National Investigation Agency Court (NIA) specifically at Patna on Friday sentenced eight of the 5 Nine terrorists of Jamaat-Ul-Mujahidin Bangladesh (JMB) after they claimed their involvement in 2018 Bodh Blast style.
The Special Nia Court of Gurvinder Singh Malhotra will pronounce quantum sentences for eight inmates on December 17.
This is the first case of Nia in Bihar where the defendant claimed their involvement in crime in court.
Those spoken guilty on Friday based on their confession was Ahmad Ali alias Kalu, Nur Alam Momin, Mohammad Adil Sheikh, Abdul Karim, Mustafizur Rehman, Arif Hussain, Mohammad Pawambar Sheikh and Bold Hossain.
The ninth accusation, Mohammad Jehidul Islam, a citizen of Bangladesh who has a relationship with JMB, has not submitted a recognition petition in court.
Special Public Prosecutor (Nia) Lallan Prasad Sinha told this newspaper by telephone that eight terrorist advice was conveyed once again before the court on Friday that their clients claimed their involvement in the explosion.
“Eight terrorists have been punished underneath 121, 121A and 123 of Indian Criminal Code, explosive substances, laws (prevention) that violate the law and other relevant laws,” Sinha said.
Six of the nine defendants have submitted a joint petition in the Special Nia Court on October 22 this year too confessing their involvement in evil.
