The selection of the Manipur Assembly will begin on February 27.
More than 20 couples militant groups operating in countries under two groups of conglomerates – the National Organization Front (UPF) and Kuki United (KNO) – have signed a suspension of Tripartite (Soo) operations, a ceasefire.

Cadres of these groups currently installed in designated camps established by the government in various areas dominated by cookies in the state.
Likewise, several other underground groups also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the government.
The decision was taken in the strength training provided by Klausa (C) section 60 representation of the People’s Law, 1951 and consulted with the central government, a statement issued by the office of the Head of Manipur’s head election.
The statement added that the decision was made considering that “a number of people included in the Soo and MoU groups living in 14 camps appointed in Manipur have been registered in the selection of various constituency constituency constituency”.
Thus, the EC has directed that this voter was allowed to vote through postal vote, by considering the right of the voter franchise as it was because they could not move from the appointed camps, the statement said.
Efforts will be made to see that voters are not required to travel more than the specified limit to give their voices and hence, the central location will be completed as needed, he said.
