Sultanpur: Booked in two cases because it was allegedly disrupting communal harmony and violating other elections during the 2014 Sabha selection, the Minister of Chief Justice Delhi Arvind Kejriwal was on Monday given a guarantee by a special court here.
Special Judge P K Jayant guarantees to Kejriwal after he appears before a court and seeks help in both cases involving violations of the model behavior model.
After giving a guarantee, the court remained November 3 as the next hearing date in two cases.
Kejriwal, who has been excluded from the appearance in front of the court after moving the Supreme Court higher against the firs that nested against it, appeared before the court itself, said the head of the Minister Delhi Singh.
“As a citizen who is responsible for resolving this problem at the earliest moment, he appeared before the court voluntarily.
He applied for a guarantee, which was given to him.

According to Singh, Kejriwal has been ordered in two cases nested and other AAP leaders at Amethi Gauriganj Police Station and Khana Musafir during the 2014 General Election Invitely collecting (s 143 IPC), blocking public servants from the use of their assignments (S 186 IPC), wrongly holding them (s 341), and attacking them to prevent them from doing their duties (353) other than others.

Besides Kejriwal, Kumar Vishwas, Harikrishna, Rakesh Tiwari, Ajay Singh and Bablu Tiwari were also ordered in cases in the case of Gaurgiganj, the police filed a recent cost sheet.
Kejriwal reaches Lucknow before and goes to Sultanpur from there through a road.
