Kolkata: The eight-year-old boy was shocked near the Gate of Rail Dhakuria in the Kasba area after he accidentally touched the water that had a soaking heater in it.
Police said the child, Siddhartha Mondal, a class II student from the Jagadbandhu institution and residents of Kalupara Lane, were at home together with his grandmother when the incident occurred.
When his mother went to work, his grandmother called him for breakfast after he was finished with whatsapp lessons.

Toothpaste slipped his hand into an aluminum tub, where the water was warmed by heating.
When trying to lift toothpaste, He suffered an electric shock and fell on the land of the bathroom with a big sound.
He was taken to Sri Aurobindo Seva Kendra at Jodhpur Park, where he was declared dead.
“The father’s father was defective and run a tea shop in the area.
His mother was separated from him and lived in his father’s house since the birth of Mondal.
He worked for extra hours during a pandemic for his child’s education.
He was also supported by Uncle and his motherly grandfather who pulled a pedicab.
The police have not found a rotten game in the incident and they said no complaints were asked in this matter.
