Electronic center to appear in the E-Way Yamuna area?

Greater Noida: Electronics and cellular accessories can come true in the Yamuna Expressway area, with several companies that have shown interest in the investment area in the electronics sector, especially because the international airport will come in the running.
Officials said that the preliminary discussion was held between the Yamuna Express Authority and Indian Cellular Association and Electronics (ICEA), in the presence of the Cabinet Minister Sidharth Nath Singh, on the requirements of the land to establish an electronic center and mobile accessories in the region.
While ICEA was asked to come up with a concrete proposal where 250 hectares of land can be sourced for them, officials told toi that electronic hubs are expected to bring an investment worth Rs 50,000 Crore to the region and create employment opportunities for local youth.
Previously, on Thursday, minister up for UPME Sidharh Nath Singh Tweeted, “Meeting with the Indian Cellular and Electronic Association along with UP MSME and Yeida to discuss (with) ICEA to establish cellular parks and electronics.” While the sources in the authority maintain that only preliminary talks were held with ICEA officials in front of the Minister, if approved, the region could expect a large investment from the electronic center and cellular accessories.
“There are no proposals now when ICEA officials collect information about electronics and cellular hub accessories in the Yamuna Expressway area.
They were asked to come up with a concrete proposal for the same thing,” said Arun Vir Singh, CEO Yeida.
