Mumbai: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday was submitted before the draft special court demanded 15 accused in the case of Parishad Elgar.
The defendant was previously booked for allegations related to incitement and terror activities.
Courts will now hear arguments on the draft fees from prosecution and defense and then decide what costs, if any, must be framed against them.
“The cost of costs is as good as opening a prosecution case.
Now we have to hear it where parts are interested or not …” The court stated.
