Mumbai: Bombing SS Shinde and NJ Jamadar High Court gave three weeks to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to submit a reply to Plea Bail made by Anand Teltumde, a defendant in the case of Elgar Parishad registered in Pune 2018.

Teltumde, 70, who is a professor in Goa, has appealed the commands passed by special Nia courts who deny bail.
