Noida: The Government of Uttar Pradesh has tried from the Noida Authority of a detailed report on the Zamrud Supertech Housing Project, which is the subject of the ongoing hearing of the Supreme Court.
The government’s move to attend the Supreme Court to rebuke the Noida authority as a “corrupt body” to thin the developer’s line during a fight in the status of two residential towers in the Emerald Court – Apex and Ceyane – that Allahabad High Court has declared illegal in 2017 and ordered said.
The Supreme Court has still received a high court order not to give the last verdict in this case.
Emerald Rwa Court has been going to court against the twin towers.
Senior government officials said the CEO of the Noida Authority Ritu Maheshwari had been asked to carry out a thorough investigation and examine violations and errors.
“If the anomaly or collusion is detected during the approval for the project, the group of employees responsible for the gap will face severe actions,” said an officer from the Industrial Department who asked not to be named.
The noida authority source said the role of officials posted in the planning division at the time of the approval of the building plan would be studied.
The role of certain officials stated in the Law Housing Division and groups from authorities will also be examined, the source added.
Supertech has argued at the Supreme Court that no legal violations and all rules and regulations have fulfilled.
