JAMSHEDPUR: Industrial Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurs in the Division Kobhan have been seeking a micro cluster that is dedicated to small and marginal investors and urges the State Industry Department to bring amendments to land-making systems to existing industrial units.
Entrepreneurs have urged the government to change from the offer method in the lottery system to enable small and micro companies to get plots for themselves.
“Great investors quote a higher offer for small and medium-sized plots which are due to small investors who do not get the opportunity to obtain a plot so we have been seeking changes in policy,” said Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) Vijay (SCCI) Vijay.

Moonka also suggested that the department must hit the area to an area of 10,000 square feet, improve the price of land and reserves for micro and small investors.
Entrepreneurs have also urged the Industrial Department to introduce DVC power in the Adityapur industrial area.
“Until now, JBVNL and TsuISL (read Jusco) supply electricity in industrial estates.
The electricity costs of the two companies are at Rs 5.50 per unit while DVC is charged a fee of Hospital 3.60 per unit,” said the city-based industrialist industrialist.
Kedia added that the increase in tariff power forced many entrepreneurs to regulate units in the DVC command area such as Hazaribag and Ramgarh.
Employers also demand reduction of electrical tasks imposed on factory owners, which is 15% of the total power consumed every month.
Apart from that, Rs 0.15 is being charged to each unit consumed as green CESS.
“When small investors face problems in getting a business (work order), various types of taxes under various Garbs do not do good things to small investors,” said the owner of the additional unit of motorbike on anonymity.
