Jaipur: The Chairman of the Minister of Ashok Gehlot has requested urban development and housing officials (UDH) to fill empty posts on October 31 to accelerate work under the Shahar-2021 six-month campaign.
CM spoke during an ambitious campaign meeting on Thursday.
CM will also visit camps held under the ‘Prasaka Gaon campaign to Sangh’ in the Nagaur District and Jaipur on Friday.
Empty posts seem to be the reason for the slow job in the camp.
Minister of UDH Shanti Dhariwal gave CM from the power delegated to the local body to outsource work.
A senior official, who attended the meeting, said, “The UDH Minister will also hold talks with collectors in the state.
They will be directed to monitor the campaign and train the local body to accelerate the campaign.” According to the source, as soon as the Rajasthan High Court prohibits the regularization of illegal colonies in cities that are not part of the zonal development plan, UDH has swung in action for its implementation.
According to mandatory rules, cities with more than 1 lakh population can only be regulated after the implementation of zonal development plans.
For the same thing, the state government must notify the zonal development plan for 28 cities.
A official said, “December 15 deadline has been set to implement zonal plans in all major cities, including 150 local bodies.
Suggestions and objections from residents in 13 cities to reflect zonal development plans have been included.” The state government has also disposed of objections received on zonal plans in Alwar, Chittorgarh and Nagaur.
The plan will be resolved soon.
The state government recently launched a special six-month-old campaign of ambitious, ‘Shahar-2021’ to issue rent.
However, the plan was stopped after the Rajasthan High Court on Wednesday prohibited the regularization of illegal colonies in cities without having a zon and sector plan.
The government aims to issue 10 lakh rental acts during the campaign.
The main attraction of the campaign is a regularization of colonies in agricultural land.
It is estimated that around 7-8 lakh have partially or fully built on agricultural land requires a title certificate.
The source said, “After the court order, the government cannot issue a rented act promised 70% plot.”
