New Delhi: With a group of farmers who reached Jantar Mantar here to protest three new agricultural laws, Agriculture Minister Union Narendra Singh Tomar on Thursday urged them to leave the agitation road and come for talks.

After obtaining a special permission from Delhi Lt’s Governor of Anil Baijal, a group of 200 farmers reached Jantar Mantar – adjacent to the Parliament Complex – in Central Delhi to protest three sustainable agricultural agriculture laws in the middle of the ongoing parliamentary session.

The conversation has not been continued after widespread violence during the tractor rally by protesting farmers on January 26.
The Supreme Court has held the implementation of three laws up to further orders and establish a committee to find a solution.
