New Delhi: National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has harmed Gurugram-based E-5 infrastructure from offers for each future project carried out by authority over the next five years.
This is the longest intoyment of every infrastructure company by NHAI.
The Company’s Managing Director and the other four were arrested by Jaipur police on charges of killing an authority engineer involved by Nhai.
Resources said the order was released last week and Nhai also filed a warning in the Rajasthan High Court who asked the court to listen to his side before deciding whatever was taken before this matter.
Previously, the highway authority had stopped the contract for the construction of legs on the bridge (FOBS) on Jalan Raya Gurugram-Jaipur.
“Camarring any company from the five-year offer is the highest penalty that has been worn by NHAI at any company.
This is the first first case so exemplary penalties have been put in place.
There is no tolerance for any action by any stakeholder in this sector,” said an official.
The murder of Rajendra Chawla and 63-year-old arrest in September the first week had sent Shockwave throughout the construction industry.
The police claimed that the main defendant had developed hostility on Gurugram-based engineers because he refused to approve the design prepared by the company for FOBs on the Gurugram-Jaipur highway.
The company has pocketed an offer to build 14 feet on the bridge on this stretch at a cost of Rs 35 Crore.
When companies cannot complete work in a one-year deadline because of design problems, NHAI has imposed a Penalty RS 3.5 Crore.
