Noida: Allegedly a suicide case, a 22-year-old technical student was found depending on the ceiling fan in its rented accommodation in Greater Noida, police said on Friday.
He studied at a private college in Greater Noida, they said.
The police said they were told about the incident on Thursday night after a team from the local Beta 2 police station rushed to the place.
“The body was found depending on the ceiling fan in the room.
It seems to be a suicide case.
The student came from Bulandshahr district, which was adjacent,” said a police spokesman.
There were no suicide records found, police said, added that the body was sent for post-mortem examination and the legal process was underway.
