The UEFA European Football Management Agency opened the disciplinary process of England on Thursday on a laser pen shining at the Danish goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel during the Moment of Euro 2020 semi-finals.
Television footage shows Schmeichel targeted by a spectator using a green laser because of the captain of England Harry Kane stepped for a penalty in extra time to give the home side 2-1 victory at Wembley.
