James Anderson is not a power spent but England need to look out 39 years to evolve as a red ball clothes, said the former England captain Michael Vaughan on Monday.
Anderson is a quick Bowler for the most productive cricket test with 640 names, but Vaughan says it’s time for England starting the phase he comes out.
“Managing Jimmy retirement will be the key to this team moving forward,” Vaughan wrote in the column for the Daily Telegraph.
“His future is a big elephant in the room.” This is not about bringing up Jimmy.
It’s about what is right for British cricket.
The right thing is the transition, but do respectfully.
“You can only do that by having a strong conversation with Jimmy about what will happen.” Vaughan believes British needs to start planning the future.
“England cannot continue and become world power with Anderson in a helmet,” Vaughan said.
“I like watching Jimmy Bowl.
He is a poet with a ball in the hands of Cricket still left in it.
Just because you can still do no means you have to continue.” Anderson had taken eight goals in the current ash series, who led Australia 3 -0 After four tests.
