Enhanced retirement schemes for the priests launched

Chennai: The Chairman of the Minister of Tamil Nadu M St Stalin on Thursday launched a retirement scheme which was changed for priests and temple staff.
CM submit a letter of approval to several beneficiaries to mark the scheme launch.
The government has increased retirement by Rs 1,000 to priests and temple staff.
Retirement for pastor of the village temple, which serves for 20 years and is 60 years and above, has been upgraded from Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,000, while retirement for retired priests, Oduvars and Temple staff HR and CE have been upgraded from Rs 1,000 to RS 3,000.
Minister of Higher Education K Ponmudy, HR & Minister HR & CE P K Sekar Babu and senior department official present on that occasion.
