Patna: The hotel owner allegedly killed by his uncle above land disputes in Bhalalar Sundardih Village under the Dharhara police station in Mütgin on Monday.
The deceased was identified as Rakesh Ranjan aka Rakku (54), the son of retired engineer Kailash Prasad Yadav and indigenous Dharmshala in Jamalpur.
According to the police source, the incident occurred around 4pm.
Rakesh has gone to his ancestral house in Bhalalar Sundardih to carry plants from agriculture.
He experienced a fight with his uncle, Vijay Yadav, for a land dispute.
“Rakesh’s family member accused him of being attacked by ax by his uncle and others,” said Dharhara Rohit Kumar Singh police station.
Sho added Rakesh rushed to a hospital aware where the doctors claimed he was taken dead.
