Nagpur: The wing of the wing (EOW) of the police department has sent a complaint submitted by NCP leader Vedprakash Arya to the completion of one time (OTS) provided by civilian agencies for private water operators Orange City Private Limited (OCW) to the State Urban Development Department State (UDD).
Because OTS, Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) is alleged to have lost more than RS374 Crore and people have to wait for three more years to benefit from the 24×7 water supply scheme.
EOW DCP Akshay Shinde sent a letter to the main secretary of UDD on November 28, 2021, which Arya was revealed to the media on Monday.
The Special Purpose Vehicle Board of Directors of NMC – Nagpur Environmental Services Limited (NESL) – During a meeting held on February 15, 2019, has approved OTS for OCW.
On August 9 last year, Arya had submitted a complaint with the conscious police station demanding a violation registered with the Mayor and four other NESL directors for the decision, quoting RS92 Crore public money deviations.
In the same month, DCP Vinit Shahu sent a letter along with a copy of Arya’s complaint to UDD citing this problem related to UDD.
On October 8 last year, CP Amitesh Kumar also sent a letter to UDD.
Then, Kumar had directed EOW to also look into the complaint.
Kumar told Tii, “Prima Facies There are no crimes that can be recognized in this case and the material is related to UDD.
Therefore, we have continued complaints to UDD.” Arya said, “It was the responsibility of the police to register First FIR, investigated, and Then forward it to the Government Agency concerned for further action.
I will soon meet CP and tell him about the rules and more demand for action.

NMC has released payments to OCW even though the revision agreement has not been executed between NMC, NESL and OCW.
