Chennai: Coordinator with Aiadmk Edappadi K Palaniswami on Saturday warned the DMK government in Tamil Nadu to submit his plan to close the AMMA pharmacy.
In a statement, Palaniswami accused the DMK regime failed to realize his election promise and closed the previous AIDMK government’s welfare scheme.
“The DMK regime establishes two expert committees to improve the economy and financial resources.
Do not know what they are doing or what their suggestions are condemned that this incompetent government, who struggles to increase its financial position and increase income, is a project closure initiated by our government, “said EPS.
He reacted to reports on the government’s plan to turn off the Amma pharmacy that had supplied drugs with discounts of up to 20%, which even got many states to imitate the scheme.
The former chairman of the minister is suspected that the state government has reduced the strength of the staff, salaries and meadows to the Amma canteen, closing Amma mineral water operations, Amma mini clinics and cellular clinics, in addition to putting new conditions for ‘gold for wedding schemes.
He remembered AiaDMK previously prepared a price stabilization fund to control the price of essential commodities such as Dhal, vegetables and cement by supplying commodities at a nominal level.
