Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Thursday said school efforts throughout Maharashtra in the Covid-19 pandemic situation should now be peacefully resolving costs related to costs with parents instead of examining students online and turning them into legal battles.
Division Division Division and Justice GS Kulkarni heard litigation of public interest (pill) submitted by BJP MLA Atul Bhatkhalkar, which raises concerns over students who are released from attending online schools with non-payment and claim that schools cannot claim costs for non-facilities used by students during a pandemic.
Trees look for directions from school to reduce their costs up to 50 percent.
The court on Thursday allowed two Unaid school forums and the Maharashtra Trustee Association – to intervene in the petition and direct them to submit their written statement.
Appearing for school forums without assistance, senior advocate J p cents to the court that schools now allow concessions to parents who cannot pay fees as a result of financial constraints submitted due to pandemic.
The bench then notes that such problems must be resolved peacefully again debating any students.
“Don’t help students or don’t allow it to not attend the class.
Manya problems in a certain way.
Cost issues are not something that must be converted into a legal problem.
It can be resolved and done peacefully,” it said the court.
School management can take it directly with the person concerned and finish it, the bench said, added that it did not want students to submit a director.
“This is not a happy situation.
In a pandemic, when many families face problems, the approach must be different,” said the court.
Additional government applicants Geeta Shastri told the court that the state government has formed a division cost regulation committee in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, and Nashik and if there are parents who have complaints against the school, they can approach the local committee.
The court posted this problem to hear further on July 16.
