Gurgaon: Dealers who purchased stores at Pivotal Deevan’s firm complex at Sector 84 have voiced concerns on the absence of basic amenities from the newly-built marketplace place.
On Monday, a bunch of purchasers held a meeting with senior city planner Sanjeev Mann and increased a number of the problems.
The complicated, Down Street, was established in 2015 and buyers were also granted possession of 2020.
However, based on the buyers, this area lacks basic amenities such as water supply, appropriate washrooms, electricity copy and fire safety gear.
There are approximately 100 stores in the complicated and 35-40 are available.
Rahul Bansal, with a financial consultancy division at the complex, explained:”We must organize for water.
Washrooms are in a pitiful state.
We’ve got outages for five-six hours every day.” In Februarythe buyers had registered a complaint via the CM window.
However there’s not been any improvement, they stated.
Puran Singh, a purchaser, stated:”The location is in a bad condition although we’ve paid maintenance fees ahead of time.
They (contractors ) are amassing Rs 8 daily as fixed power charge as well as electricity consumption fee” An agent of Pivotal Infrastructure Private Limited stated two water heaters are functional and the location is cleaned twice each day.
“There is not any provision for personal water source and there’s absolutely not any reference at the builder-buyer contract regarding electricity backup in a store.
Four washrooms are operational,” explained Rajpal Sharma, centre supervisor, Pivotal Deevan.
Older town planner Mann stated:”I’ve led officials to conduct a review and submit a report.
Builders are requested to submit a petition for building washrooms.”
