Erratic supply affects vaccination

Vadodara: Covid-19 vaccination number in the city is under par since Sunday.
The number of people who were vaccinated on Sundays and Mondays was around the person who was vaccinated in one day.
On Sunday, VMC health officials were vaccinated 4,441 people in the city.
On Monday, the number reached 10,595 people.
The source said that on both days, there was a problem in the availability of covishield.
However, VMC officials said that on Sunday staff involved in vaccination was taking the exam.
On Monday, the vaccination is better mostly because the shares are available with the Civic body.
The source says that Coveshield supply is not enough or not one day.
This causes low vaccination because only a few people have taken Covaxin in the first dose and come for the second dose.
Also, not many want to take Covaxin.
Erratic supply is expected to continue for one or two days.
