Vadodara: Investigation of Xie Jeng Pang’s drug runaway alias Richard has revealed that he was in Gujarat for four days after he escaped from police detention in April 2011.
Richard told the police that the 2008 letter bomb planting was accused, Altaf nephew of Mushtaq Patel , It did not allow him to leave the country without paying the RS 6 lakh he had promised.

Richard decided to run the plan on April 28, 2011, when he was taken to the SSG hospital for a medical examination.

“He then sat in the car that took him to the letter.
Altaf then asked Richard to pay for the money he had promised.
Richard was stored under a watch in a letter for four days and Altaf agreed to let him out just after his wife was transferred by Rs 60,000 to Alf.

He then tried to enter Guangdong Province in China but the authorities there were suspicious of his passport and sent him back to Hong Kong.
The authorities in Hong Kong arrested him for making a fake passport and then imprisoned him in the money laundering case that was registered against him before.
When the Vadodara police learned about his arrest in Hong Kong, they began processing to extradite him.
After Jajan Jail ended in 2018, the police managed to take him to the city recently.
All the defendants, who have helped him escape, already in police custody.
