Letter: want revenge on his brother, a 22-year-old man pushed his two nephews – one child aged 13 years and 11 years old – from the terrace of the third floor of the industrial unit in Pandesara on Sunday afternoon.
The two boys survived the fall when they landed in the bush and some of the muddy surfaces.
One of the victims suffered from hip fractures while others fled with a mild injury on the face.
Nagendra Gautam who was accused, the native of Uttar Pradesh, fled and had turned off his cellphone.
The police ordered Gautam on Monday, following the complaint submitted by his brother, Jayprakash because of the alleged effort to kill the two sons.
The police suspect that Gautam targets his sister’s sons because the whole family opposes his relationship with a girl.
Gautam had married to the little girl and took her to the letter.
To find out about the incident, Jayprakash had told the girl’s father about his location after his family arrived in the city and took him back.
After pushing the two boys from the terrace, Gautam met Jayprakash before running away.
The police suspected that Gautam must have planned to leave the city and the search began in that direction.
So far, investigations have revealed that Jayprakash, engine operators in the textile unit at Unity Estate, lived on the third floor of the unit with his wife and two sons.
His wife is currently in their original place in Khagalrampur from the Pratapgadh district above.
Four days ago Gautam came to live with Jayprakash and the two boys were.
“Gautam told his brother that he had no work and wanted to go back up in a few days,” said a police officer.
On Sunday night when Jayprakash went to check the engine in the unit while the kids boy cooked in their room on the terrace.
Gautam first called the older brother outside and pushed him from the terrace.
Then he called the younger brother and pushed him too.
“After a few minutes the brother realized and he walked to the unit.
His face was covered with blood due to an injury and he told his father what happened to him,” the police said.
Then they looked for younger brothers who were also found in the bushes.
“Gautam is unemployed and spends his time hanging out with an antisocial element” said a police officer.
