Even though T’Gana HC orders, medical colleges have not returned costs

Hyderabad: Some private medical and private teeth in Telangana continue to hold the original certificate and have not returned excessive costs even though the Telangana High Court inhibits GOs issued in 2017 concerning postgraduate courses (PG).
HC on January 19 directs private universities to restore excess costs collected from students and release their original certificates that have completed their PG course within 30 days.
Even after two weeks, students claim that some private universities have not followed court orders when they continue to hold the certificate.
“By not releasing a certificate, it is a clear insulting case against the court and harassment to students.
Universities must also return the cost of excess if something collected in two more weeks as commanded by the court,” said K Mahesh Kumar, President of the Reform Association Association Reformation, which has submitted pills in this case, adds that the majority of students from Batch 2018 have not received their certificate.
Students raise worries when they claim that they are changed back by college authorities despite HC orders.
“When I asked college management to restore my certificate, they asked me to personally visit them to discuss the same thing.
I don’t understand why they need to discuss further when the court has told them to release a certificate,” said a student The PG who graduated in 2020.
Students who provide bank guarantees have received their certificates, but they reach out.
Colleges are looking for the return of empty checks collected from them.
“As a bank guarantee, the college has taken a check signed from us so that if the case supports them, they will use this check to reduce costs from our account.
Now this case has benefited us, we want college management to restore the signed check to us, “said Dr.
Humera, graduated from PG.
When TII reaches college management, they refuse to comment on this problem.
The source said that in some cases, universities did not release original certificates and process refunds so they have not received a court order.
However, the authorities at Kalji Narayana University of Health Sciences (Knruhs) said that they had sent trial orders to all universities.
“We have sent orders for court orders to the principal of all colleges and have told them that if they do not obey it, they may have to block insults to the court,” said Dr.
D Praveen Kumar, Registrar of Knruhs.
