PANAJI: Panaji Mla Stanasio ‘Babush’ Monserrate said on Monday that when the former Minister and former Calangute Mla Michael Lobo were in BJP six months ago, “he was in Congress”.
Monserrate said that remembering Lobo’s statement, he wondered if he or Pramod Sawant was the chairman of the Minister of Goa.
“Before the cm briefing from the cabinet decision, the lobo was used to abbreviate the media,” he said.
“If you look at the lobo statement so far, the party believes that he will leave, and it is not surprising the party.
BJP does not want to bring a doubt element to the people we have deleted; tomorrow it will be easy for him to accuse the party to take it off,” Monserrate said.
Panaji Mla said that the lobo left no difference with BJP.
“Lobo only has one chair in Bardez, and it will not have an impact on Taluka as a former former Mandiri beginning of the former Saliga Mla Jayesh Salgaonkar, and there are others.
Everyone basically has strength in their own constituencies,” he said.
“I’m sure BJP will win all the seats in Tiswadi,” he said.
Monserrate also said that BJP will win an absolute majority.
