CHENNAI: A unique group of the Chennai city authorities detained former AIADMK minister Manikandan out of Bengaluru on Sunday afternoon for an actress with a connection with her for 3 years to the false promise of marriage.
The group detained Manikandan three times following the Madras high court disregarded his anticipatory bail request.
Following the anticipatory bail plea had been ignored, Manikandan went absconding.
