Kolkata: The Department of West Bengal Crime Investigation (CID) has summoned opposition leaders in the State Assembly, Suvendu Adhikari, on Monday in connection with the case of unnatural deaths from his bodyguards, Chakraborty Subhabrates.
Previously in July a delegation Cid four members visited Purba Medinipur to investigate the death of Chakraborty.
This case was related to Chakraborty, who had died of suspicious conditions three years ago.
Cid has taken cases from the Kanthi police station at Purba Medinipur on July 14.
This case was filed by the wife of Chakraborty Suparna Kanjilal Chakraborty.
