New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday appointed Judge Rakesh Kumar Jain from Rakesh Kumar Jain to oversee the Special Investigation Team (sitting) into the Lakhimpur Kheri incident.
The Apex Court also ordered the Government of Uttar Pradesh (above) to compile three senior IPS officers, including a female police officer, into the seat to investigate the Lakhimur KHI October 3 – cut four farmers, Lynching from three accused and the death of a journalist.
