Chandigarh: Justice of the Day of Pal Verma, a former judge of the Punjab High Court and Haryana, has been appointed as Lokayukta Haryana.
Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya will manage him with a sorehead on Saturday.
Justice Verma has retired from the Punjab High Court and Haryana in April this year after serving as a HC judge for about seven years.
Born on April 6, 1959, in the middle class Family Rewari, Judge Verma made his graduation from government universities for men, Sector 11, Chandigarh in 1980 and LLB from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 1984.
He was registered as an advocate with the Punjab bar board and Haryana in 1986 and was appointed as Deputy Advocate General, Haryana from 1996 to 1999.
He also served as an additional AG Punjab.
He remained associated with the Legal Department, Panjab University, Chandigarh as a part-time faculty visiting the academic session 1999-2000 to 2003-04.
He increased as the judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court on September 25, 2014, and retired on April 5, 2021.
He has an image that does not make sense and has passed several important judges during Judge HC.
While imposing the cost of their mistakes, it was used to direct them to deposit the amount in the funds of the Poor Pirimer Chandigarh.
