PUDUCHERRY: Former Minister of Puducherry and Senior Congress leader V Narayanasamy was tested positive for Covid-19 infection on Saturday.
He isolated himself at his home as he liked to undergo treatment at home.
Narayanasamy posted a message on Twitter stating that he tested the positive infection and advised people, which relate to him to isolate themselves and undergo a Covid-19 test.
“Today (Saturday) I have tested positively covid mild symptoms and I have isolated myself.
Those who contacted me for the last few days kindly isolated yourself and tested,” he posted on Twitter.
Narayanasamy not only took two doses of Covid-19 vaccine but also a booster dose a few days ago.
He complained of symptoms like Covid-19 lightly.
He took a quick antigen test and the sample returned negatively but the RPCR test was taken then returned positively for Covid-19 infection.
