Exec food delivery is imprisoned for a 4-year-old raping

Hyderabad: The 28-year-old food delivery executive of Saifabad was punished in the case of his four-year-old rape rape and was sentenced to a hard prison for 25 years on Wednesday.
On January 9, 2021, a Niloufer hospital doctor filed a complaint to the Saifabad police who stated that they had a four-year-old girl who admitted at the hospital suffering from battered baby syndrome.
Apart from injury in his hand, face and legs, the doctors also paid attention to the injury to the private part of the girl, showing chronic sexual harassment.
The medical team gathered forensic evidence and sent it to the lab for analysis.
After medical treatment, the girl’s statement was recorded under the part 161 CRPC.
“The victim revealed that his younger brother who was usually used physically and sexually with the absence of other family members,” police said.
When the girl’s parents were separated, the custody of the girl was handed over to the authority of the child.
The defendant was charged below in section 376 (2), 506 IPC R / W 6 Act Pocso, 2012.
On February 20, 2012.
Police Safabad arrested the defendant and after a comprehensive investigation, during the following months, a chargeshet was submitted.
The Special Court for the Pocso case has examined 15 witnesses during the trial and punish the defendant on Tuesday.
The accusation was sentenced to undergo a rigorous prison sentence for 25 years and pay Rs 20,000.
Smooth amount must be paid to the victim’s girl to compensation.
When the defendant was convicted for violations that could be punished under Section 6 Pocso Law to carry out a penetrative sexual attack that was exacerbated by the victim, the court had directed the Metropolitan Legal Service Authority (MLSA) to start steps to pay RS 4 Lakh compensation for the most victims beginning.
