Executive board du okays curriculum ug

New Delhi: The Delhi University Executive Board on Friday issued a Framework for the Bachelor Curriculum (UGCF), was formulated in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP), for the academic session of 2022-23.
Three EC members distinguishes the implementation of UGCF, saying “Concerns have been set aside through through so hurry restructuring ”.
Safe! You have managed to throw your votelogin to see the UGCF results authorized at the University Academic Council meeting on Wednesday, with 11 members distinguishing its implementation there.
The UGCF includes two NEP features – a multidisciplinary approach and several entries and outgoing schemes (Mees).
Under Mees, students can come out at the end of the academic year with a degree.
Draft offers a total of 176 credits.
Students need to get a minimum credit of 50 percent in a discipline to get a bachelor’s degree a-four year with the department in the discipline.
Advocate member Du EC Ashok Agarwal said the UGCF along with several incoming and outgoing schemes (Mees) and the Bank of Credits (ABC) (ABC) (ABC) regulations were a major overhaul.
“DU is known for its undergraduate studies.
Given the number of students and teachers involved in the UG study, it is important to trace carefully and not repeat the fyup mistakes implemented in 2013.
More than 70,000 students receive UG tickets every year.
“Serious concerns are submitted about the adverse effects on the quality of education and teaching work.
We urge for a broader consultation and feedback from the legal entity at the department and college level.
This is the Dega VU situation for DU – Repeat FYUP 2013 FIASCO in Making,” he said.
The university has approved the implementation of NEP from 2022-23 and a four-year undergraduate program (FYUP).
During the meeting of the academic council, the members in the record of their dissent said the repair of the academic year 2022-23 because the year of the implementation of the NEP 2020 was “unfounded”.
They said this scheme was “very wrong” that within one year, this was the fourth model of the four-year undergraduate program placed by the University for discussion.
They said that the UGCF did not follow the framework as stipulated by the National Higher Education Qualification Framework (NHEQF) where UGC was looking for feedback.
Note suggests universities to compile concerns raised in legal entities on NEP recommendations, including at UGCF, and send them to UGC as feedback on NHEQF.
“The 12th collection of students currently has enough instability in terms of important years they are influenced by covid pandemic.
It won’t be fair to force cucet and fyup exercises to them.
For once, Delhi University should have avoided this experiment,” said AC Disent note.
