New Delhi: Former Global Business Head WhatsApp, Arora Neeraj, is set to rejoin the Paytm Board in front of Fintech Fintech’s initial public offering headquartered.
Arora, who is a member of the Paytm Board of Directors from 2015 to 2018, is considered one of the brains behind the arrangement of a $ 19 billion agreement between Facebook’s giant social media and whatsapp message service platform.
Before WhatsApp, Arora also led the acquisition and strategic investment on Google.
He descended from the council in 2018, allegedly for the criticism of Paytm Vijay Sharkar Sharma against the payment model upi WhatsApp on Twitter.
Paytm spokesman did not comment on this problem.
This development came after all Chinese citizens representing the Ant Group, which accommodated about 30% of the shares in the company, resigned from the council.
