Executive HR ‘raped’ at Noida Hotel by young people he met on Facebook

Noida: Executive HR with a private company in Gurugram has accused that a young man in a hotel in a hotel in Noida after making him with him on Facebook using a fake profile.
The defendant allegedly filmed the action and extorted Rs 7.5 lakh from women who threatened to upload videos on social media.
The woman approached Gurugram police after the defendant demanded more money from him, who transferred this case to Noida.
The defendant was arrested on Saturday.
The woman, police said, came into contact with Sagar Singh (24), a resident of Vijay Nagar Ghaziabad, on Facebook about five months ago, where both talked regularly and exchanged telephone numbers.
Ramesh Chandra Sub-Inspector, Investigation Officer in this case, said Sagar has used a fake ID with the name Micky Sharma to be friends with women on Facebook and claimed to be the son of Delhi-based diamond traders.
“The defendant claimed that his father was a diamond trader in Karol Bagh and that he wanted to marry him.
He claimed that he would live like a Queen.
For the past five months, he took the 6.5 lakh Rs of the woman with various pretensions,” he said.
On October 11, Sagar allegedly called the woman to the hotel in the 121 sector, and asked him to bring Rs 1 lakh with the pretext of the RS 2 Crore check troublemaker who was released in his name.
“At the hotel, the defendant forced the woman to be sexual relations with him and fled after taking the money,” said Ramesh.
When the woman was squeezed to give more money by the defendant who had filmed the action, he finally filed a complaint at the Gurgaon Sector Police Station, which moved the case to the Phase III Noida police station.
A pine was then submitted by police Noida to Sagar under the IPC 376 (rape), 386 (extortion), 420 (cheating), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (general intentions) on female complaints.
Sagar, who previously worked as a data entry operator in a private company in Sector 62, was arrested on Saturday.
“Has he been trapped in another woman has not been ascertained.
He has been sent to Judge by the court on Saturday,” said Sub-Inspector Ramesh.
In other cases, a Delhi woman was allegedly raped in a hotel in the Noida 15.
Sector Zero has been filed in connection with the case at the Ashok Nagar Delhi Police Station, after that the investigation was transferred to the Sector 20 police station in Noida.
