Gurgaon: The suggestion to expand Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority’s (GMDA) place to comprise Farrukhnagar, Sohna and Pataudi cubes was placed on hold since that might require the ability to carry within a big agricultural zone. The suggestion for the expansion of this GMDA region was initially brought up a year ago following neighborhood leaders demanded the addition of the 3 cubes beneath GMDA. TOI had previously noted that the growth will be on the cards because the metropolitan power is very likely to take within the evolution functions in the cubes of Pataudi, Farrukhnagar and Sohna shortly. “There were also demands from political leaders to deliver Sohna, Pataudi and Farrukhnagar beneath GMDA.
