Patna: People must prepare to bite cold weather because the Patna Meteorological Center has issued a warning for winter rain and low temperatures in the state of Monday.
Light rainfall is expected to occur in most places in the state from 27 to 30 December.
The All-India’s weather bulletin issued by the Indian Meteorology Department on Friday night stated that it was isolated to scattered rainfall would occur in Bihar between 27 and 29.

A special bulletin issued by the Patna Meteorological Center said that Western disorders are expected to affect the weather conditions in Bihar from 27 to 30 December.
Furthermore, it states that cloudy ceilings are expected in most places during the same period and the temperature of the day may float in the range of 18-20 degrees Celsius.
According to the weather, the cloud cover and rain can cause cold day conditions followed by cold waves in the state.
Cold day conditions are stated somewhere when the minimum temperature touches 10 degrees C or low and there is departure of 4.5-6.4 degrees C maximally on two consecutive days.
Cold wave conditions, on the other hand are stated somewhere when the actual minimum temperature is 10 degrees C or lower along with departure of 4.5 to 6.4 degrees C from normal.
An official at the Patna Meteorological Center said the condition of the cold day is expected if Western disruption affects the weather in northwestern India from December 26 directly affects Bihar.
“The cloud cover leads to a decline in the temperature of the day, which, in turn, leads to a cold day condition.
The departure of the cloud cover leads to a sharp plunge at night temperatures and cold wave conditions,” he said.
Zeeshan Ansari, an official at the Patna Meteorological Center, said the average minimum temperature in the state on Friday was in the range of 10-11 degrees C and the maximum temperature in the range of 23-24 degrees C.
Style is the coolest place in the state on the state Friday morning with a minimum temperature of 7.1 degrees C.
The minimum temperature in Patna, on the other hand, is recorded at 8.8 degrees C.
