New Delhi: One of the accused of the Chhatrasal Stadium Brawl case involving the Sushil Kumar Olympic medal in which the death wrestler has transferred the Delhi Court which is looking for processes in matters that must be accelerated in “justice interests”.
The defendant Anirudh Dahiya transferred hearing requests for this problem, scheduled to be heard today by the Metropolitan Magistrate Head Satvir Singh Lamba was postponed in October due to the holiday Muharram.
“There are no useful goals to be served if this problem is postponed for October 9 as accused of trying to speed up the process,” said the request to find it to be set for justice.
Application, which was submitted by Advocate Pradeep Rana in the name of Dahiya on August 17, registered to hear on August 24.
In addition to Dahiya, Olympic medal wrestlers, Sushil Kumar and 11 others were accused of this case.
Kumar and the others allegedly attacked the former National Wrestling Champion Sagar Dhankar and his friends at the stadium on the night of intervention on May 4 and 5 of the alleged dispute of property.
Sagar surrendered to injury later.
On August 3, Delhi police have submitted a cost sheet in a murder case, where he named the Olympic wrestler as the main accusation.
The judge took awareness on August 6.
The police said that fighting in the stadium was the result of a conspiracy hatched by Kumar, who wanted to rebuild the younger supremacy.
In the filling sheet, the police relied on the declaration of oral dying from the deceased scientific evidence including the location of the defendant, CCTV recording, weapons and vehicles recovered from the place.
